Defined for LEDNet version: 1.8.16. Previous versions may not have the same settings.

Frame rate is divided by frame time. If frame rate is set to Fast 50/60Hz, frame time should be set to NTSC 60Hz. If set to Normal 25/30Hz, should be set to PAL 50Hz and so on.
